Gegham Abrahamyan is an internationally recognized, multiple-award-winning Sculptor.

Gegham’s work consists of larger pieces that are well suited for public spaces and for art performances as well as medium-scale artworks that can be displayed in galleries and museums. As an artist, Gegham is experienced with various creating processes associated with a variety of techniques and mediums. He’s experiences with various creating processes associated with a variety of techniques and mediums. He creates unique art pieces by using a variety of materials, including bronze, stone, metal, wood and glass.

Nowadays, Gegham lives and creates his art works in Seattle, WA. Working on contemporary large-scale three and four-dimensional public sculptures.

As a sculptor Gegham has numerous personal and group exhibitions and installations in many countries such as France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Moscow, Georgia, Armenia and the USA which brought him wide recognition for his accomplishments.

In 2020, among 480 sculptures, Gegham was the “Chosen” sculpture and awarded the Bronze Medal and John Cavanaugh Memorial Prize by National Sculpture Society; and went to exhibit in the Award Winners Exhibition in the NSS Gallery from November 30th 2020 to February 5, 2021 in New York City.

Gegham is an elected member of the National Sculpture Society in New York, New York as well as a member of the Artists’ Union of Armenia, Yerevan, Armenia.

Abrahamyan’s sculptures are highly valued by art critics and art professionals, and are included in various private collections.
